Hi, I’m Amber — a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Brighter Day Counseling Services. I’m passionate about helping individuals find healing, balance, and hope during life’s most challenging seasons. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when we work together to identify what matters most to you and create meaningful change at your pace. I specialize in supporting women through all stages of life — from fertility and postpartum adjustment to perimenopause and beyond. I also work with clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients develop insight, build coping skills, and strengthen emotional resilience.
